Accessibility statement
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website.
Last updated: 22 August 2026
1. Our commitment
Under the Equality Act 2010 we must not discriminate against disabled people in the services we provide. This statement explains how we approach accessibility on https://thevirtualmediagroup.com.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA where it is reasonable to do so. This is the standard used by UK public bodies and is good practice for private sites.
2. How you should be able to use this site
- Change colours, contrast levels, and font size using your browser or OS settings.
- Zoom up to 200% without the text spilling off the screen on typical layouts.
- Navigate using a keyboard, including a skip link to the main content.
- Use a screen reader for the main public pages.
- Use reduced-motion settings if you prefer fewer animations.
3. What we have put in place
- Language set to British English.
- Visible focus styles and labelled form fields on the contact form.
- Cookie choices that can be made with a keyboard, with reject as easy as accept.
- Light and dark appearance options.
4. Known limits
Some older content, embedded third-party players, PDFs, or images supplied by clients may not yet meet AA. The admin and client portals are working tools and may be less polished than the public site. We improve these as we update the product.
5. Feedback
If you have trouble using the site, email hello@TheVirtualMediaGroup.com and tell us the page and what went wrong. We will try to reply within 10 working days.
6. Enforcement
If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) or, if you are in Great Britain, consider the Equality and Human Rights Commission. This site is a private service, not a public-sector website under the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
