Cookie Policy
This policy explains what we store on your device, why, and how you can accept or refuse it.

1. What this covers
Cookies are small files stored on your device. The same rules apply to similar technologies such as local storage and session storage. Under PECR regulation 6 (as substituted by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025) we must not store or access information on your device unless an exception in Schedule A1 applies, or you give consent after clear information.
2. Change your settings
Consent must be as easy to withdraw as it is to give. Use the button below, or the "Cookie settings" control at the bottom of pages, at any time.
3. Strictly necessary
These are needed to provide the service you asked for (Schedule A1, paragraph 4) — for example sign-in, security, and remembering this choice. They are on by default.

4. Analytics (optional — consent)
These help us understand how the site is used. They are off until you accept analytics. Google Analytics is a third-party service and may involve transfers outside the UK, so it does not rely on the first-party statistics exception in Schedule A1, paragraph 5.

5. How we ask
When you first visit, a banner offers reject, accept analytics, or manage preferences. Nothing optional is pre-ticked. Rejecting is as prominent as accepting. We do not treat continued browsing as consent.
6. Browser controls
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary storage may stop sign-in or other features from working.
7. Third parties
If you sign in or pay, Clerk or Stripe may set their own cookies needed for that service. We do not control those cookies. Read their policies as well.
