2. Why this page exists
The Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 require us to make certain information easily available, including our name, geographic address, and an email address. If we are a company, the Companies Act 2006 and the Company, Limited Liability Partnership and Business (Names and Trading Disclosures) Regulations 2015 also require trading disclosures (name, number, registered office, and part of the UK in which we are registered) on websites.
3. Contracts and prices
Terms for using the site and buying services are in our Terms of Use. Prices are shown on invoices, proposals, or checkout. Where VAT applies it will be stated. Technical steps to conclude an online order are shown during checkout (including Stripe payment).
